1. EligibilityParticipants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of Canada. Employees of NathanielRateliff.com, NDR LLC, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest EntryBy submitting your entry, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must be submitted through the official contest page before the deadline specified for each contest. Each individual may only enter once per contest unless otherwise stated.

3. Contest DeadlinesEach contest will close at 11:59 PM local time, 48 hours before the event (show or game), whichever comes first. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection and NotificationWinners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via the email provided at entry. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, a new winner may be selected at the sole discretion of NathanielRateliff.com and NDR LLC.

5. Prize DetailsEach prize consists of tickets to the specified concert or sporting event. No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize are permitted. NathanielRateliff.com and NDR LLC are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

6. Use of Personal InformationBy entering, participants agree that NathanielRateliff.com and NDR LLC may use their provided information for future marketing purposes, including but not limited to email promotions. Personal information will not be shared with outside parties beyond those necessary for contest administration.

7. General Conditions NathanielRateliff.com and NDR LLC reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in cases of fraud, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances. By participating, entrants release NathanielRateliff.com, NDR LLC, and affiliated parties from any liability related to the contest or prizes.

8. Governing LawThese terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province in which NathanielRateliff.com and NDR LLC are registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that province.
